Ingredients:
- 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven. Set your temperature to 350°F and line your trays.
- Whisk the strawberry cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl. until no large lumps remain.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and the two large eggs.
- Stir until the pink color is uniform.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips. until evenly distributed through the thick dough.
- Chill dough. Place the bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Portion dough. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies. Slide the tray onto the middle rack for 10 minutes. until the edges look matte and the tops are slightly cracked.
- Cool on pan. Let them sit on the hot tray for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to rack. Move them to a wire rack to cool completely. until the chocolate chips have set and firmed up.
