Ingredients:

  • 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven. Set your temperature to 350°F and line your trays.
  2. Whisk the strawberry cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl. until no large lumps remain.
  3. Pour in the vegetable oil and the two large eggs.
  4. Stir until the pink color is uniform.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips. until evenly distributed through the thick dough.
  6. Chill dough. Place the bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Portion dough. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake cookies. Slide the tray onto the middle rack for 10 minutes. until the edges look matte and the tops are slightly cracked.
  9. Cool on pan. Let them sit on the hot tray for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to rack. Move them to a wire rack to cool completely. until the chocolate chips have set and firmed up.
