Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh red raspberries
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 12 oz chilled sparkling white grape juice
  • 0.5 cup crushed ice
  • 4 large firm raspberries
  • 2 fresh mint sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Place 1 cup of raspberries and 2 tbsp raw honey in a small bowl. Muddle the berries into a pulp.
  2. Press the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a small pitcher, discarding the seeds to create a smooth crimson base.
  3. Take your 4 large firm raspberries. You can gently press them onto the rim of the glass or thread them onto a small toothpick.
  4. Divide the raspberry base between two glasses.
  5. Divide the raspberry base between two glasses with crushed ice if desired. Gently stir in rose water. Slowly pour the sparkling juice over the base. Garnish with the heart-shaped raspberry skewers and mint sprigs.
