Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh red raspberries
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp rose water
- 12 oz chilled sparkling white grape juice
- 0.5 cup crushed ice
- 4 large firm raspberries
- 2 fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
- Place 1 cup of raspberries and 2 tbsp raw honey in a small bowl. Muddle the berries into a pulp.
- Press the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a small pitcher, discarding the seeds to create a smooth crimson base.
- Take your 4 large firm raspberries. You can gently press them onto the rim of the glass or thread them onto a small toothpick.
- Divide the raspberry base between two glasses.
- Divide the raspberry base between two glasses with crushed ice if desired. Gently stir in rose water. Slowly pour the sparkling juice over the base. Garnish with the heart-shaped raspberry skewers and mint sprigs.
