Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions:

  1. Slice the plums into uniform 1/2-inch wedges to ensure even cooking.
  2. Place a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it foams. Add the plum slices in a single layer and let them sit undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until golden-brown edges develop.
  3. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 4–7 minutes, stirring gently occasionally, until the liquid reduces into a glossy syrup and plums are tender.
