Ingredients:
- 450g Pizza Dough
- 15ml Melted Coconut Oil
- 5g Ground Cinnamon
- 120ml Nutella hazelnut spread
- 75g Mini Marshmallows
- 60g Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1.5g Flaky Sea Salt
- 45g Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Stretch 450g pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet until it is about 1 cm thick.
- Brush the dough with 15ml melted coconut oil and sprinkle with 5g ground cinnamon.
- Bake for 8 minutes until the edges are just starting to turn golden.
- Remove from oven and spread 120ml Nutella evenly over the warm crust.
- Sprinkle 60g graham cracker crumbs and 45g dark chocolate chips over the chocolate.
- Top with 75g mini marshmallows, covering as much surface as possible.
- Return to the oven for 2 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and toasted.
- Finish with 1.5g flaky sea salt while the marshmallows are still molten.
- Let it rest for 3 minutes until the chocolate sets slightly before slicing.
