  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
  • 1/3 cup (60g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup (60g) multi-colored candy-coated chocolate pieces

Instructions:

  1. Stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until the texture is velvety and smooth.
  2. Fold in the protein powder and salt first to ensure there are no clumps.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats until they are fully coated and the dough feels heavy and cohesive.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolate pieces.
  5. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms using a circular motion and firm pressure to form dense balls.
