- 1/3 cup (60g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (60g) multi-colored candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions:
- Stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until the texture is velvety and smooth.
- Fold in the protein powder and salt first to ensure there are no clumps.
- Stir in the rolled oats until they are fully coated and the dough feels heavy and cohesive.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolate pieces.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms using a circular motion and firm pressure to form dense balls.
