Ingredients:

  • 6 cups (180g) Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups (110g) Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups (120g) Mini salted pretzels
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (150g) Halloween-colored M&Ms
  • 1 cup (120g) candy corn
  • 1/2 cup (70g) sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, and mini pretzels in a large microwave-safe glass bowl. Stir gently to ensure the pretzels are evenly distributed.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and butter in the bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each burst, until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and fold gently with a silicone spatula until every piece is coated.
  4. Fold in the M&Ms, candy corn, and sprinkles.
  5. Spread the mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
