- 6 cups (180g) Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups (110g) Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups (120g) Mini salted pretzels
- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (150g) Halloween-colored M&Ms
- 1 cup (120g) candy corn
- 1/2 cup (70g) sprinkles
Instructions:
- Combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, and mini pretzels in a large microwave-safe glass bowl. Stir gently to ensure the pretzels are evenly distributed.
- Place white chocolate chips and butter in the bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each burst, until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and fold gently with a silicone spatula until every piece is coated.
- Fold in the M&Ms, candy corn, and sprinkles.
- Spread the mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
