Ingredients:

  • 60ml (2 oz) Elderflower Liqueur
  • 90ml (3 oz) Dry Prosecco
  • 30ml (1 oz) Club Soda
  • 4 large ice cubes
  • 1 Fresh Mint Sprig
  • 2 Thin Lime Wheels
  • 1 Thin slice English Cucumber

Instructions:

  1. Chill your wine glass.
  2. Add 4 large ice cubes.
  3. Measure 60ml (2 oz) Elderflower Liqueur. Pour it directly over the ice.
  4. Add 1 Thin slice English Cucumber. Push it down into the ice so the flavor infuses immediately.
  5. Pour 90ml (3 oz) Dry Prosecco. Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the delicate bubbles, followed by 30ml of club soda.
  6. Clap the 1 Fresh Mint Sprig. Smacking it between your palms until the aroma fills the air. Garnish with 2 Thin Lime Wheels.
  7. Stir once very gently. Lift the spoon from bottom to top until the color is uniform.
