Ingredients:
- 4 large firm-ripe peaches (approx. 2 lbs / 900g), halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (25g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) kosher salt
Instructions:
- Cut the peaches along the natural seam, rotating the fruit as you slice, then give the halves a gentle twist to remove the pit.
- Brush the cut side of each peach generously with the mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the peaches cut-side down directly onto the grates. Close the lid and grill for 3 to 5 minutes without moving them until deep mahogany-colored grill marks appear.
- Using tongs, flip the peaches over for 60 seconds to warm the skin side through, then remove from heat immediately.
