Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) strong chilled coffee or cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Instructions:
- Add the chilled coffee and almond milk to the bottom of a high-speed blender to ensure smooth blade movement.
- Add the frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, protein powder, ground flaxseeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt on top of the liquid base.
- Start the blender on its lowest setting and quickly increase to high speed. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully homogenized and a vortex forms in the center.
