Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) strong chilled coffee or cold brew concentrate
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Instructions:

  1. Add the chilled coffee and almond milk to the bottom of a high-speed blender to ensure smooth blade movement.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, protein powder, ground flaxseeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt on top of the liquid base.
  3. Start the blender on its lowest setting and quickly increase to high speed. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully homogenized and a vortex forms in the center.
