Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp (40g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp (28g) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp (25g) Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Place the all-purpose flour in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the flour reaches 160°F (71°C) to ensure it is safe for consumption. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated white sugar.
  3. Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt until the mixture looks smooth and emulsified.
  4. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
