Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp (28g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 tbsp (25g) Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp (12g) Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp (30g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Place the all-purpose flour in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the flour reaches 160°F (71°C) to ensure it is safe for consumption. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated white sugar.
- Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt until the mixture looks smooth and emulsified.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
