Ingredients:
- 10 Double Stuf Oreo Cookies
- 1 can (8 oz) Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Non-stick coconut oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer. Set your unit to 180°C (350°F) for at least 5 minutes. Note: This ensures the dough starts searing the moment it hits the basket.
- Prep the dough. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into the pre cut triangles.
- Section the pieces. Cut each triangle in half to create smaller strips that are easier to wrap.
- Wrap the cookie. Place one Oreo in the center of a dough piece and fold the edges over. Note: Pinch the seams tightly to prevent the filling from escaping.
- Smooth the edges. Gently roll the wrapped cookie in your palms to create a uniform ball shape.
- Mist the basket. Lightly apply the coconut oil spray to the air fryer grate.
- Arrange the batch. Place the cookies in the basket, leaving 2 cm of space between each.
- Air fry. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the tops are mahogany gold and firm to the touch.
- Rest the sweets. Let them sit in the basket for 2 minutes until the internal steam settles.
- Apply the finish. Dust generously with powdered sugar through a sieve while still warm.
