Ingredients:

  • 10 Double Stuf Oreo Cookies
  • 1 can (8 oz) Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • Non-stick coconut oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer. Set your unit to 180°C (350°F) for at least 5 minutes. Note: This ensures the dough starts searing the moment it hits the basket.
  2. Prep the dough. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into the pre cut triangles.
  3. Section the pieces. Cut each triangle in half to create smaller strips that are easier to wrap.
  4. Wrap the cookie. Place one Oreo in the center of a dough piece and fold the edges over. Note: Pinch the seams tightly to prevent the filling from escaping.
  5. Smooth the edges. Gently roll the wrapped cookie in your palms to create a uniform ball shape.
  6. Mist the basket. Lightly apply the coconut oil spray to the air fryer grate.
  7. Arrange the batch. Place the cookies in the basket, leaving 2 cm of space between each.
  8. Air fry. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the tops are mahogany gold and firm to the touch.
  9. Rest the sweets. Let them sit in the basket for 2 minutes until the internal steam settles.
  10. Apply the finish. Dust generously with powdered sugar through a sieve while still warm.
